糖皮质激素防止过敏性紫癜肾脏受累的疗效观察

中文摘要：目的：观察糖皮质激素防止过敏性紫癜肾脏受累的疗效。方法：收集2004年1月至2007年9月在我科住院的早期过敏性紫癜（尿常规正常）患儿169例，分为治疗组89例，给予糖皮质激素治疗，对照组80例给予常规支持治疗，两组患儿进行12个月随诊，观察两组肾脏受累发生率。结果：随访8周、6个月、12个月治疗组肾脏受累率分别为8.99%、11.24%、11.24%，对照组肾脏受累率分别为23.75%、27.50%、38.75%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论：糖皮质激素防止过敏性紫癜肾脏受累具有显著疗效。

Efficacy of Glucocorticoid Prevention of Allergic Purpura from Renal Involvement
英文摘要：Objective: To investigate glucocorticoid corticosteroids in prevention of allergic purpura from renal involvement. Methods: Collected from January 2004 to September 2007 in my child inpatients with early Henoch-Schonlein purpura (urine routine normal), 169 cases were divided into two groups: the observation group of 89 cases treated with glucocorticoid therapy and the control group of 80 cases with only routine treatment. The two groups had 12 months’ follow-up visits to doctors. The incidence of renal involvement was observed. Results: For 8 weeks’, 6 months’ and 12 months’ visits, the renal involvement rates of the observation group were 8.99%, 11.24%, 11.24%, and those of the control group were 23.75%, 27.50% and 38.75%. The difference was statistically significance (P<0.05). Conclusions: Glucocorticoid to prevent the allergic purpura has significant effect on renal involvement.
